Cosmetic Dentistry

Small changes that make a real difference in how your smile looks and feels.

Cosmetic dentistry isn't about vanity. Most of our cosmetic patients just want to stop feeling self-conscious — about a stain, a chip, a gap, or teeth that have yellowed over the years. These are straightforward fixes, and the results tend to change how people carry themselves.

Teeth Whitening

Professional whitening is the fastest way to brighten your smile. We offer two options:

In-office whitening takes about an hour. You walk in, we apply a professional-grade whitening agent, and you leave the same day with noticeably whiter teeth. This is the best option if you want immediate results.

Take-home whitening uses custom-fitted trays and a professional whitening gel. You wear the trays at home on your own schedule, usually for a couple of weeks. The results build gradually and are just as effective as in-office treatment — it just takes a little longer to get there.

Before any whitening treatment, we'll do a quick exam to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy. Whitening works best on natural tooth enamel, so we'll let you know upfront what kind of results to expect.

Results typically last six months to two years, depending on your habits. Avoiding coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco helps. Touch-up treatments are easy to do when you're ready.

Porcelain Veneers

Veneers are thin porcelain shells that bond to the front of your teeth. They can correct color, shape, size, and minor alignment issues all at once — which is why they're one of the most popular cosmetic treatments we offer.

The process takes two visits. At the first, we prepare your teeth and take impressions. At the second, we bond the custom-made veneers in place. The result looks natural because the porcelain mimics the way real tooth enamel reflects light.

Veneers are a good fit if you're dealing with:

They're not the right solution for severe misalignment or major structural damage — we'll steer you toward the right treatment if that's the case.

With normal care (brushing, flossing, regular checkups), veneers can last 10 to 15 years.

Composite Bonding

Bonding is the quickest cosmetic fix we offer. We apply a tooth-colored composite resin directly to the tooth, shape it, and harden it with a curing light. The whole process usually takes 30 to 60 minutes per tooth, and there's no lab work involved.

Bonding works well for:

It's less durable than veneers over the long term, but it's also less expensive and requires little to no removal of your natural tooth structure. For many patients, that trade-off makes sense.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

If you need a filling — or want to replace an old metal one — we use composite resin that matches your natural tooth color. These fillings bond directly to the tooth, which means we can often preserve more of your healthy tooth structure than traditional amalgam fillings require.

They look better, they work well, and they've been the standard in our practice for years.
